Information We Collect
We collect the contact, enrollment, scheduling, attendance, assignment, progress, messaging, and invoice information needed to provide tutoring and writing programs. Public inquiry forms collect only the details a family chooses to submit.
How We Use Information
Information is used to manage classes, communicate with families, support student learning, prepare progress updates, and administer billing records. The application database is the source of truth for school records.
School Portal Access
Portal access is role based. Admins manage school operations, teachers see assigned courses and students, parents see linked children, and students see their own records. New authenticated users require school approval before accessing private portal data.
Third-Party Services
Google Sign-In may be used for authentication. Calendar, Meet, Drive, and email integrations are optional setup choices and are disabled unless the school configures them intentionally.
